Is It Necessary To Cut Foreskin?

Hi Dr Vandana, I am little shy to say but My query is that i have a foreskin on my penis which I think should be cut. I am not sure about the process if my parents would have taken care of this or I should do tht. I want this to be checked because someone told me it is necessary. Please help me out with the quesry. I would be thankfull.
