Is It Necessary To See A Doctor After A Miscarriage With Heavy Bleeding And Clots?

Hi, my last period was March 6th. I didn’t get positive pregnancy tests until April 19th. Since then my HCG was only a 7 and my tests have lightened. I’ve started bleeding heavily and passing clots. I know I’ve miscarried, but is it adamant I go see a dr to see if it completely passed? Or is it okay to assume it’ll pass it’self?
