Is It Necessary To Take Loprin During My Second Pregnancy For Parental Insufficiency?

Hey! This is my second pregnancy. In my first pregnancy Doppler values are high though my normal pressure was normal. I have No hypertension throughout my pregnancy. Due to parental insufficiency; Induction happens at 38 weeks and I deliver my first one normally. Now I am At 14 weeks doctor told me to take Loprin 150 mg because I have parental insufficiency in my first pregnancy though my bp is normal . I am reluctant in taking loprin kindly guide.
