Is It Normal For Clitoris' To Leak For No Reason?

Is it normal for clitoris' to leak for no reason? Bladder is not full, there is no pain, no redness, no swelling, itching ,and no burning. Sometimes there is a very small gush as if coming from a full bladder. Doesn't really smell like urine. Please advise...
