Is It Normal For My Right Testicle To Move Up And Down Or Change Position When I’m Lying Down Or Erect?

Hi! docs i am 24 yrs man doing my bachlor (UG) i rectnly notice 1 problem when i sleep supine postion or when my penis erect my right testis loss somewhere sometime above sometime down but after some mins. comes in original position is this serious issue or normal ？ thank you
