Is It Normal For My Testicles To Be In A Horizontal Position, And Should I Be Concerned Despite No Pain And A Doctor S Checkup?

Hi, my both testicles is in horizontal position and i did not feel any pain but thigh pain for 2 weeks and now I feel okay. I went to doctor for a check up and she said everything was okay but I m kinda concern about it. Could you advice more about it?
