Is It Normal For My Wife, 3-4 Days Postpartum, To Have Difficulty Urinating And Needing To Push?

Sir/madam, my wife(age-34) had her second caeserean delivery on 03 Nov 2023. Everything was usual since then. But since about 3-4 days she is facing a little difficulty to pee . She has to push the urine to pee. Initially it was there only in the morning for first 1-2 days but now she is facing the problem even during other times of the day(not every time). Is there anything serious or life threatening?
