Is It Normal For Penile Discharge To Be Extremely Watery?

i have a question about penile discharge.for several weeks i've been having a clear watery discharge.it's not sticky at all though and its not thick its runny.im urinating a lot more through out the day and night i its not a lot most of the time its just a few drops and it doesnt hurt or burn when i urinate but it feels like something is blocking my stream from flowing properly.all of a sudden today the discharge is turning into a white creamy looking discharge but its not thick or creamy, its still watery.what could this be?i had a culture done and it came back negative for std's, but could the culture be wrong?
