Is It Normal For The Forehead To Change A Bit

Is it normal for the forehead to change a bit as I have noticed a lump on my forehead not huge but it's definately the bone but it could almost look like a boil spot under the skin as its that sort of raise but it's definately the bone and it doesn't move but I notice it more now and in the last 4weeks cause when I look in the mirror I keep thinking I have a spot coming
