Is It Normal If Thin Endometrium Is Found In Menopausal Stage?
Hi, I'm 50 years old and I just got my annual routine transvaginal ultrasound today. Findings: atrophic anteverted uterus measuring 3.4 x 3.4 x 2.5 cms. Hypoechoic heterogenous nodules are seen in the anterior wall measuring 0.7 x 1.2 x 0.9 cm, 0.4 x 0.4 and 0.3 x 0.3 cm. Thin endometrium was found. I've no menstrual period since last year 2010 and my last period was April of 2009. Are the results normal for the menopausal stage? Thanks...
