Is It Normal To Discharge Semen While Urinating?

I have found that many times I discharge semen while urinating, seems to be of the typical ejaculation volume or a little smaller. Is this normal? Could it be related to a difficulty in ejaculation while having sex (it started the last few months,)and am going to be married in october and very much deppressed because of this situation. Kindly help me and provide any medication
