Is It Normal To Experience Bleeding And Diarrhea When On Metformin?

Hi, I just started 3/18/15 metformin and an hour after taking the pill I started light pink bleeding and diaherra. Is this normal? Also got prescribed clomid but I don t understand when to start this prescription? By the way I have PCOS, I just got diagnose with it a few months ago.
