Is It Normal To Experience Cramping And Light Bleeding After A Positive Pregnancy Test That Later Turns Negative?

Hi, i did my pregnancy test last week and got two lines one being faint meaning it was positive. I visited my gynaecologist on sartuday and put me on duphaston. Today O started experiencing some cramping and light bleeding. Later in the day the test turned negative. Is this normal or am not pregnant anymore
