Is It Normal To Experience Persistent Left-sided Pain And Changes In Ovarian And Uterine Size After Stopping Depo?

Hi, I’m 36 and I quit Depo in January. I’ve yet to get a period. I had a follow up ultrasound for a cyst 10-09-23. I still have constant pain on my left side mostly. Which in May we found a small cyst there. It appears to possibly be gone, I guess. Not sure what the pain is? Anyhow.. Here’s my results- uterus normal in size and position. The uterus is anteverted in position. Uterine parenchyma diffusely heterogeneous. No discrete mass clearly identified. Prominent peripheral vessels are noted. The endometrium is hyperechoic and measures a thickness of 4mm. Small amount of endometrial fluid. Normal appearing cyst or follicles are present bilaterally. Largest is 1.2 cm Also not sure why my ovaries and uterus are bigger this month vs in May. Ty in advance.
