Is It Normal To Feel A Burning Sensation After Applying Folica Hair Tincture For Thyroid-related Hair Fall?

Hi Doctor, I am 25year also I am having thyroid since2 years. Nowadays I am facing too much hair fall ...I have consulted doctor she sujested me to use shyon shampoo with Nusilk shampoo weakly 3times after that same day she sujested to apply folica hair tincture and Sunday shyon serum with all these axtytin plus tablet and trichoton syrup... But after applying folica hair tincture some burning sensation is happening...is it normal or how?? Please reply me...I am worried about my hair
