Is It Normal To Feel Weak And Dizzy A Week After C-section?

is it normal one week after a c section to feel weak and dizzy, ive rested loads and have no blood loss and my iron levels are good? its my second baby, second c section. first section was emergency and i lost lots of blood and had a pph at 2 weeks. i was 96kg pre pregnancy and am 31 years old.
