Is It Normal To Get Red Stretch Marks, Scabs, And Pain On The Penis After Sex?

After sex my penis has red stretch marks and scabs from being really hard. Is it natural? I had sex first on Wednesday and afterwards it hurt a little bit then after a couple days later i had sex again on a sunday and my penis became red and it hurt a lot. The day after it was reallt itchy and there was visible stretch marks around thw foreskin and small scabs from the stretch mark which i assume is from being hard for a long time . What do I do to prevent it in the future?
