Is It Normal To Have 6-8 Pus Cells In Urine Post Menses?

good day...i am a nursing student however i just had my urinalysis but sad to say pus cells were 6-8.. and i just had finish my menstruation. the problem was i always got to have infection as they may say but i was treated everytime i took antibiotics... what should i do? its bothering me for i always had my referral every time i have my medical and physical assessment...thank you
