Is It Normal To Have A Foreskin In Early Years Of Teenage?

hi uhmm im 13 yrs old and i have foreskin, i know that im yoo young to think about it but, will it affect me when i have sex with a girl in the future? :/ and i also have these tiny dots look like tiny pimples on my foreskin thar are white please help ;(
