Is It Normal To Have Abdominal Pain And Brown Vaginal Spotting After TABHSO?

Hi! a pleasant morning. I've undergone TABHSO 3 wks ago. I experienced no pain after the procedure but on the 3rd week i feel a slight pain on the lower part of my abdomen, left and right. I still have a small amount of very light brown spotting everytime I finish my urine. I notice it on my undergarment. Is it normal? Please help me.
