Is It Normal To Have An Enlarged Spleen, Elevated ALT, And Fatty Liver?

Hello Dr., i have one question. Sorry for my english hope you understand me. Im 30yrs old, I made an ultrasound check, and came out i have an enlarged spleen by 18cm. I made blood test. Rbc is 6.2; wbc is 8.4. I have faty liver ALT 75, AST 38. I have no pain on my liver or my spleen. Also i have no any symptom. My doctor said is all ok, but i just want to ask you to calm myself.
