Is It Normal To Have Bladder Pressure During Premenopausal Stage?

I am perimenopausal, and having a feeling of bladder pressure. My doctor treated me for a UTI, and did a sonogram to check for cysts; however, the feeling of pressure continues despite 2 rounds of antibiotics. Is this normal? My last period was January 1.
