Is It Normal To Have Bleeding Nose Post Nostrils Cauterization?

I just had both my nostrels cortarized 4 hours ago, and i was told by the specialist not to blow or do anything with my nose.. All of a sudden I started to sneeeze alot and then got a relly bad blood nose... worse than i would have gotten usually before... is this normal..??
