Is It Normal To Have Blood In Stools During Croh's Flare Up?

I have been diagnosed with crohns disease. in the past 3 days I have had a flare up, in the past 24 hours I have passed blood in my stool. some looks like light colored blood, blood clot. is this normal w crohns disease and will it be ok once my flare up passes? YYYY@YYYY
