Is It Normal To Have Brown Discharge With A Foul Smell And No Period 43 Days After My First Depo Shot?

Hi... I got the Depo shot for the first time on August 16th 2018 I am 43 days late with menstrual periods today is October the 22nd I am little worried 2 weeks ago I started just went brown discharge when I wipe and there's no measure.... just only brown discharge and a foul smell
