Is It Normal To Have Chills After Removal Of One Ovary And Tube?

I recently had a TVH with removal of one ovary and tube. It's been one week and on yesterday I started experiencing cold hills. it lasted for approx. 2 1/2 hours. then last night it was the hot flashes. Now this morning I am experiencing the cold chills again. Is this normal?
