Is It Normal To Have Cramping Mainly In The Left Hip, Lower Back, And Tailbone A Month After IUD Insertion?

i got an iud inserted about a month ago. I’m still cramping and i know it’s normal. but i can only feel it in my left hip area. it’s most prominent on the back of my hip/lower back (left side) and i can sometimes feel it wrap all the way to my tailbone. it’s this okay??
