Is It Normal To Have Dark Penis Inner Head?

hi, my age 25. i have one problem in my penis inner head (at opening) skin. it is in grey to black color. is it normal? i used to maturbation using plastic covers. it may created this skin problem? to which doctor should i contact for this? pls help me...
