Is It Normal To Have Fatigue While Suffering From Pulmonary Hypertension?

I lost my left lung about two years ago due to a fungal infection and breathing has increasingly gotten worse over the two years... I was admitted in the hospital a couple weeks ago because I am getting more fatigued and working harder to breath and have much chest pain. They did an electrocardiogram and said I have pulmonary hypertension. the pressure is 55 and it seems that I a am fatigued and winded even at rest not just when active, it feels uncomfortable all the time now and not just when doing things. Is this normal for PH?
