Is It Normal To Have Frequent Periods After Switching From Depo To No Birth Control?

Hi, I am 28 I was on Yaz plus for 12 years before changing to Depo in Jan 2023. Got off in January 2024. Got my first normal period (3days) in June. Started bleeding again on the 1st pf July to 13 July. My period started again today on 19 July. Is this normal? Should I go see an GYN? I don t want to use synthetic hormones anymore.
