Is It Normal To Have Headaches After Being In A Flight For The First Time?

hi my name is lavell i took my first plane ride back in feb of this year i had a really bad head pain befor and after i got off the plain the head pain lasted 5 days and sense then i been geting ringing in my left ear and popping and some times the sound gos away
