Is It Normal To Have Hypersensitivity Disorder During Pregnancy?

I have hypersensitivity disorder. Generally I can tell when I m sick way before it gets noticeable. I m pregnant. I m certain I feel the baby moving upwards (13w2d) and had lower pelvic pains. Family tried telling me its the baby moving, but I knew it wasn t. Ended up being a bladder infections. The next case was throwing up n havig eaten a bad item of food at work - my family again said that I m pregnant, I ll throw up and told me to suck it up… . did end up being mild food poisoning. I threw up the bad n body went weak fighting off the rest… This being said, I m fairly certain I know my body and what is and isn t pregnancy related, although its my first child. Is it unheard of with someone with hypersensitivity disorder to feel the uterus moving, daily, upwards and having a sore stomach as a result?
