Is It Normal To Have Irregular Periods After Coming Off From Provera Shot?

I had my son December of 2007 and received the Depo Provera shot shortly after his birth. I only had that one shot. My periods were pretty consistent after the shot wore off until now..... I haven't had a period in 4 months. I have taken 4 pregnancy tests all of which were negative. Is this normal?
