Is It Normal To Have Itching And Foul Smell After Delivery From Stitch Site?

Hey! I just had my baby a week ago and was stiched up. After being home it seems as if I have a problem sitting and getting up as well as using the bathroom. I also noticed a itch, file smell. And heavyness as if somthing is going to drop. Is this normal?
