Is It Normal To Have Itchy Red Spots All Around The Snake Bite?

I was biten by a snake on Sun...not sure what kind. It was on the arm and it did not hurt, I was working in the flower bed and did not realize I had been bitten until I went inside. Now I have itchy red spots all around the bite and on my other arm...is this normal?
