Is It Normal To Have Light Bleeding And Lower Abdominal Discomfort Two Weeks After An Abortion?

Hi I had an abortion 2 weeks ago now I bled for for the first two days then it stopped then on day 3 it started again now I’m feeling discomfort in my lower abdomen which feels like my womb or uterus it uncomfortable to pass gas & I’m still having light bleeding should I be worried?
