Is It Normal To Have Nausea Inspite Of Suffering From Flu?

I've currently had the flu since Sunday and as of yesterday and today I noticed Im feeling better but now I feel my equilibrium is off. Is that normal? It's causing me to feel nauseous at times. I do not have insurance so I'm not 100% accurate that I had the flu or both cold and flu. Thank u ;)
