Is It Normal To Have Numbness In Thigh Post Diclofenac Injection?

Hi, I had a laparoscopic surgery and after that was given either diclofenac or tramadol injection. I m feeling great except for the fact that my thigh is still numb from the shot. i was given the shot on my upper thigh but the numbness is close to my knees. is this normal?
