Is It Normal To Have Occasional Light Yellowish-brownish Discharge During Pregnancy After Being Diagnosed With Retroplacental Hemorrhage?

Hi I am 12 weeks pregnant.on my 6th week I had vaginal bleeding for a day followed by dark brown discharge.i have been diagnosed with retroplacental heamorhage n hematoma and was prescribed with duphaston bd , gravibenon weekly and cyclogest 400mg daily for 20 weeks.my 8th week scan was good baby was fine and now v oftenly I sometime notice light yellowish brownish tinged discharge once a day .is it normal?
