Is It Normal To Have Only Light Spotting And Uterine Pain After Stopping Primolut N, And When Can I Expect My Normal Periods To Return?

Hi I took primolut n for 10 days .I started 3 days before my expected date of periods .once I stopped after 2 days I got very light bleeding it s a spotting only just for 3 days and I feel swelling and pain in uterus .is this normal ?or when I will have normal periods again I mean when to expect after 15 days or 20 days
