Is It Normal To Have Severe Lower Abdomen, Thigh, And Back Pain For Three Days After Taking Unwanted 72?

Hi, Took unwanted 72 within 2 hours after unprotected sex. Since then a severe pain is there from 3 days in lower abdomen, thigh and back is occuring. Taken painkiller 2 times a day. Sometimes its a relief and then pain again. Could you please suggest whats happening .. and what to do .. today is the third day after taking the pill
