Is It Normal To Have Severe Pain And Pass Blood Clots Days After Taking Misoprostol, Following Only Light Discharge Initially?

Hi, I ve take misoprostol on may 30th eve.. Within two hours some blood clots expelled with heavy pain. But the very next day I had only brown discharges I didn t have any heavy bleed or pain. But today eve suddenly I got severe pain & expelled of many blood clots. What should I do now? Is this a problem?
