Is It Normal To Have Slight Bleeding During Erection After Using A Urethral Sounding Device?

A urethra sounding device was inserted in a males penis, and alittle blood came out and there is no discomfort, or irritation when urinating. Nothing wrong in that area, just when the penis is erected alittle blood comes out and that’s it. What needs to be done, if anything at all?
