Is It Normal To Have Spontaneous Milky Discharge And Tingling From The Breast Years After Breastfeeding?

My youngest child is 11yrs old. So I have not breastfeed in over 10yrs. Today out of nowhere my breast got the tingling sensation I use to get while I was breast feeding and still hasn't went away. I decide to squeeze my breast and to my complete suprise a milky substance came out. I am not pregnant or on any medication. This has never happened to me before. I am 28yrs old. Can this be normal?
