Is It Normal To Have Spotting And Mild Left Abdominal Pain Weeks After Cervical Cryotherapy?

Hi I got cryotherapy on my cervix February 2, 2021 March 4 my follow up appointment I was told everything looked good and clear and healed I continue to have a little bit of discharge for a few weeks after then things seem to clear up I had sex with my partner on March 10 the day after I spotted a little bit.. but then I had an oral. On 20 March I had sex a few more times with no problem but then on April 5 I spoted again and I am still spotting but my period is not due until the 20th.. wondering if this is normal or if I have concern.. I have a little bit of a different odor that just kind of smells like iron I’m pretty sure it’s because of the blood from whatever is bleeding inside of me I’m going to make a doctors appointment I’m just wondering what this might be symptomatic of if I have no fever no sickness but I do have a dull pain on my left side of my abdomen and I know I have two very small .02 cyst on my left ovary diagnosed about a year and a half ago could they have grown or ruptured?
