Is It Normal To Have Stomach Pain But No Period After Completing Primolut-N, And Will My Period Start After The Pain Stops?

I had a miscarriage last year November and since then period had not resumed which i visited the hospital to ask why, they conducted pregnancy test and transvaginal Scan for me and the pregnancy test was negative so the doctor prescribed primolut N tablet 10mg daily for 7 days and i finished my last dose on Monday 3rd of April this year, my period had not still come but instead my stomach is paining me. Is it normal or will the period start after the pain had stopped?
