Is It Normal To Have Tear In Penis Hole?

I have a tear in my penis hole, is it normal? I have sex on a normal basis. It seems after I met my now wife and weve had sex it has gotten larger. When I used to ejackulate it would spray out, now it just spills out so to speak. Any way to fix it if its not normal. Its noticably larger and the rip is only getting bigger.
