Is It Normal To Have Weakness And Low Appetite After Recovering From Fever?

Hi Doctor My name is viviane.one week ago I felf so weak with a very high fever. I went to see the doctor who did a blood check and said I did not have paludism but other biological signs showed that it might be there. He said the reason why he cant see the paludism is because i had been only 6days in the country that has malaria.so the doctor put me on malaria treatment which I finished two days ago. But now I feel very weak and without any appetite however there is no fever.is this normal ? What sould I do.thanks
