Is It Normal To Have White Discharge And Mild Cramps After Taking The Morning-after Pill During Ovulation, And Will The Pill Be Effective?

I had unprotected sex and according to my calender it was the day I was ovulating, I took an I pill within 24 hours. But now I notice white discharge almost everyday and I feel little abdominal cramps too. How normal is this and will the Pill work during ovulation?
