Is It Normal To Lose Weight While On Fixcom?

Good day, my doctor found out in my X-ray result that I had PTB but I never undergo sputum test and she says what ever the result of my sputum test still I need to take Fixcom 4, now my question is, it is normal to the person who take FIXCOM 4 become skinny his/her body?
